What We Do

How We Work

Engineering starts before production.

Our team of 50 in-house design engineers is involved from the earliest stage of every project. When you bring us a store layout, a design brief, or an existing shelving concept you want to improve, our engineers analyze it for structural performance, manufacturing efficiency, logistics optimization, and installation practicality. The result is a shelving system that not only looks right on the floor - it ships efficiently, installs quickly, and holds up through years of daily retail use.

Fully automated production.

Our roll-forming lines are fully CNC-controlled, delivering dimensional accuracy and surface consistency across every unit in every production run. Automated fabrication means tighter tolerances, faster output, and lower unit costs - without compromising on the structural integrity that high-traffic retail environments demand. All metal fabrication, surface treatment, powder coating, and assembly are handled in-house. No outsourcing at any stage.

Flat-pack by design.

Every shelving system we produce is engineered for efficient flat-pack shipping. This is not an afterthought - it is built into the structural design from the start. Flat-pack reduces freight costs significantly, simplifies customs clearance, and makes installation faster and less labor-intensive on-site. For retailers rolling out across multiple markets, this translates directly into lower total project costs.
