What We Do
Kplus specializes in the design and manufacture of roll-formed metal shelving systems for the full range of retail environments - from compact drug stores and convenience formats to large hypermarkets and fresh grocery operations.

Engineering starts before production.
Our team of 50 in-house design engineers is involved from the earliest stage of every project. When you bring us a store layout, a design brief, or an existing shelving concept you want to improve, our engineers analyze it for structural performance, manufacturing efficiency, logistics optimization, and installation practicality. The result is a shelving system that not only looks right on the floor - it ships efficiently, installs quickly, and holds up through years of daily retail use.
Fully automated production.
Our roll-forming lines are fully CNC-controlled, delivering dimensional accuracy and surface consistency across every unit in every production run. Automated fabrication means tighter tolerances, faster output, and lower unit costs - without compromising on the structural integrity that high-traffic retail environments demand. All metal fabrication, surface treatment, powder coating, and assembly are handled in-house. No outsourcing at any stage.
Flat-pack by design.
Every shelving system we produce is engineered for efficient flat-pack shipping. This is not an afterthought - it is built into the structural design from the start. Flat-pack reduces freight costs significantly, simplifies customs clearance, and makes installation faster and less labor-intensive on-site. For retailers rolling out across multiple markets, this translates directly into lower total project costs.

- What is your main business?
- We are professional in shop display furniture for 19 years, offering shop furniture for jewelry, coffee, cosmetic, clothing, digital goods, optical, bags, shoes, supermarket, reception desk and so on.
- Are you factory or trading company?
- We are a factory with more than 600 workers, and covering 100000 square meters since 2006. We have following workshop: carpentry workshop, polishing workshop, acrylic workshop, fully enclosed dust-free paint workshop, hardware workshop, assembly workshop, warehouse, factory office and showroom. Our factory is located in Xiamen city, Fujian province, welcome to visit our factory.
- Could you provide the design?
- We have over 60 professional designers who can, based on your requirements and in combination with our professional design techniques, provide you with design drawings and 3D effect images.
- What is the MOQ?
- We don't technically have minimums, but the smaller the quantity, the higher the transportation price. The unit price will be lower for bulk generation.
- How long is the delivery time?
- It depends on your project, such as the size of quantity, style and workmanship etc. Generally, the delivery time is within 15-35 days after all materials confirmed.
- How do you guarantee the product's quality?
- Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
